MYS Blue Stripes 10 -v- 4 Tranent Juniors
A comfortable win in the end although the boys need to learn to keep their concentration throughout games even when they are well on top as we should never have lost 4 goals.
The first of the 3x20 minute periods saw us totally dominate and race into a 7 goal lead although this probably contributed to us being a little flat in the subsequent periods. Credit should also be given to Tranent for putting up a fight in the remainder of the game as they could easily have let their heads go down.
Goals came from Matthew, Josh, Blair, Euan and Lloyd with Josh picking up MOTM for a tough tackling display both in midfield and defence.
